Export America LT LLC ships all orders from Lexington, Kentucky, USA. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Please note:
- Delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees
- These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at
admin@exportamericalt.com. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections or re-shipments.
